Return eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- In original condition with all tags attached.
- Returned in the original packaging.
We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet these conditions.
How the process works
- 1. Contact support with your order ID and reason for return.
- 2. We confirm eligibility and share the return instructions.
- 3. After inspection, we issue an exchange, store credit, or refund.
Refund process
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected and processed within 1–2 business days. After processing, your refund may take up to 5–7 business days to appear in your account. A flat return shipping fee of 130 BDT will be deducted from your refund.
